Magento 1 Will No Longer Receive Support After June 2020

As you may know, Magento 1 will no longer be supported after June 2020. Magento 1 has not released any new features since the release of Magento 2 in 2015 with all development efforts focusing on the new and improved platform. There will be no further updates with the exception of critical security patches until June 2020. If you are still running Magento 1 at that point, your site will become vulnerable to hacker attacks and potential loss of important customer data.
