Inside Sales Representative

What You’ll Do :

  • Engage and attract prospects through carefully iterated sequences of telephone and email interactions to drive discovery meetings and generate a pipeline
  • Have effective business and technology conversations to understand Client needs and relevant solutions
  • Qualify and respond to daily marketing-generated leads
  • Qualify all sales leads and drive them through the sales process
  • Manage a database of targeted prospects
  • Mine and generate new prospective leads that fit an ideal customer profile
  • Maintain performance against call, email, and contact metrics
  • Communicate early and often with Marketing on strategy and lead generation
  • Test and develop innovative, effective, and scalable prospecting techniques
  • Daily use of sales enablement tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

What You Know:

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment (prior sales experience isn't necessary, but a bonus!)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, technology background a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen to the prospect's needs
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage various sales-related activities and fluently adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize performance and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to lead a high volume of outbound telephone and email activities every day
  • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Acts without being told what to do; brings new ideas to the company
  • Interested in learning about technology and digital commerce
  • Have a positive attitude, high energy, and a persistant – won’t stop until you get a “yes” attitude


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable university; Master’s preferred
