We started with doing some manual testing for this product development customer. Very soon we started writing automation scripts. After a year we were managing their maintenance release processes, designing their automation framework, defining their patch delivery process and evaluating the reusable components. To our clients we are more partners than external consultants.

Handling weekly releases for a Fortune 500 automotive major:
Owing to business necessities, this customer had a weekly release cycle. Our ability to track, monitor and deliver defect reports on a daily basis proved to be the key differentiator in this case. Not stopping here, we also provided additional coverage during weekly production moves for over a year.

Applying Microsoft Excel innovatively to reduce cycle times:
This auto major had a great need to expedite their test cycles. We helped them to speed up the testing process by using Microsoft Excel macros! While this wasn't a part of the contract, we went beyond the defined scope and delighted our customers.

Overcoming compatibility issues for a pioneer in Project Management solutions:
The flagship product of this customer was a complexly built heterogeneous application. Testing compatibility between modules during technology upgrades was a great challenge. Our R&D team came up with an automated solution that saved a huge effort that would be required to reconfigure or remap the component modules and UI items.
